My name is Christina, and I’m a bake-aholic.

That’s right, I am addicted to baking.

​

I received my associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Pennsylvania College of Technology. I was born and raised in State College, PA, and actually bake out of my parents kitchen, where I am licensed and inspected. 

 

This summer you'll be able to find me on Tuesdays's at the Boalsburg Farmers Market, Thursday's at the Pine Grove Mills Farmers Market, and special guest appearances at other events and pop-ups. When it is not market season, I try to put up a weekly rotating menu to order from, or I can make you something custom for your next event, party, or just because.

My most popular items are cookies, brownies, bars, cakes, and french macarons, but I can make just about anything you can dream up (minus yeast bread). If you click on my 'Pastries' tab, you can see a sampling of my products, but I do not offer a set menu, as I prefer to have freedom to create and experiment with new flavors and products.

 

When I’m not in the kitchen you will find me playing with my two sons, snuggling with my cats and/or husband, coloring, doing puzzles, or enjoying a glass of wine.
